Planning application: Mixed-use development on New Street

Dover District Council has received a planning application (ref: DOV/25/0312) for the conversion of a former commercial premises on New Street, Sandwich into three residential units and a ground-floor café.

Residents within 50 metres of the site have been notified by letter. The wider public can view the application documents and submit representations on the DDC planning portal until 2 May 2025.

Any objections or comments should be submitted in writing to planning@dover.gov.uk quoting the reference number.
